Recently, Professor GUO Shuliang’s team from the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (PCCM) of the First Affiliated Hospital of CQMU published a treatise entitled "Combination Therapy with Long-Acting Bronchodilators and the Risk of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis" in European Respiratory Journal, a top international journal concerning respiratory medicine.
The findings from the PCCM of the First Affiliated Hospital of CQMU represented a significant breakthrough in respiratory medicine, holding a substantial promise for clinical practices.
