WORKING EXPERIENCE

2015.9-2020.9 Lecture,Chongqing Medical University

2020.10 to now, Associate Professor, Chongqing Medical University

RESEARCH INTERESTS

The long-term focus has been on the post-translational modification of proteins through mono- and poly-ADP ribosylation (MARylation and PARylation), with a particular emphasis on elucidating the mechanisms in the context of colorectal cancer proliferation, exosomes, and autophagy, among other related areas. With the goal of addressing clinical issues, foundational research is conducted to explore the impact of ADP ribosylation modifications on the development and drug resistance of colorectal cancer. This research aims to provide an experimental foundation for precision therapies in colorectal cancer.
