RESEARCH INTERESTS
Our research lies at the crossroad of parasite genetics, biochemistry and natural products, with the emphasis of biosynthetic mechanisms of microbial and parasite natural product, metabolic pathway engineering and discovery of novel small molecules from human gut microbiome through genome mining.
