RESEARCH INTERESTS
Head Nurse, Associate Professor and Associate Chief Nurse of Obstetrics at The Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, PhD in nursing, internationally certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), lecturer of International Baby Touch (IAIM), and mentor of pregnancy and obstetrics yoga at the China Maternity and Infant Association.
Former Director of the Clinical Nursing Teaching and Research Office of the School of Nursing, at the Third Military Medical University, member of the Military Health Education Backbone Database, and recipient of the Silver Award for Talent Cultivation in Military Academies of the People's Liberation Army of China. I have been engaged in clinical, teaching, and scientific research work for 31 years, and have been awarded multiple awards such as Outstanding Nurse, Outstanding Communist Party Member, and Military Award. Invited reviewers for Journal of Nursing and Shanghai Nursing.
Main research interests include maternal and child care, midwifery management, and nursing education. Pofessor Zhou led and participated in multiple research projects, published more than 40 academic papers in professional journals both domestically and internationally as the first author and corresponding author, and had been granted 4 national utility model patents, edited and co-edited 5 textbooks, and participated in over 10 textbooks and monographs.
