RESEARCH INTERESTS
The research interests of Prof. Zhou are otolaryngology, chronic disease management, nursing education and community nursing. For otolaryngology, Prof. Zhou specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and research of nasal (nasal polyps, rhinitis), ear diseases (tinnitus, deafness, vertigo, otitis media), and malignant lymphoma of the head and neck. Chronic diseases have the characteristics of high incidence, low awareness rate and low control rate, and have become a major public health problem that seriously threatens the health of the people of the world and affects the country's economic and social development. Therefore, it is important to explore systematic management of chronic diseases, especially in a special management unit such as a community. Beyond, nurses play an important role in chronic disease management and nursing education is especially urgent.
