RESEARCH INTERESTS

Research interests are interdisciplinary science, computer bioscience, computer life science, and computational aided drug analysis and evaluation.

Focus on scientific/computational research projects on bioinformatics, cheminformatics and computer-aided drug design (CADD) for Clinical Big-data and Drug Evaluation, specifically, use artificial intelligence, network analysis, and other bioinformatics methods to study the interaction mechanism between drugs and targets, and explore the toxicological mechanisms of adverse drug reactions. I have published 5 books and more than 40 SCI articles. H Index=15, I10 Index=20.
