RESEARCH INTERESTS

Professor Pu Zhang is a special-term professor of Chongqing Medical University, doctoral supervisor, member of Medical Laboratory Equipment and Technology Branch of China Medical Equipment Association, member of the Sixth Chongqing Education and Culture Committee of Jiusan Society, deputy director of Chongqing University Pharmaceutical Engineering Research Center, and young editor of Journal of Analysis and Testing (JAT). Professor Zhang has been selected as the top 2% of the world 's top scientists in Stanford 2022 list, and has presided over two National Nature Science Foundation of China projects and five provincial projects. As the first or correspondent author, professor Zhang has published 30 SCI papers in high-level journals in the field of pharmaceutical analysis. The cumulative IF is more than 226, and the personal H-index is 23. The original research results have been positively cited and reviewed by international top journals such as Chem.Rev.. In addition, professor Zhang is invited to act as an invited reviewer of high-level international academic journals such as ACS Nano and Biomaterials.

Biopharmaceutical is in the stage of the core demand of society. The accurate quantification of polypeptide-protein biopharmaceutical is very important for drug quality control and clinical diagnosis and treatment, but its structural particularity makes it difficult to monitor accurately in vivo. Professor Zhang have solved the problem of sensitivity and anti-interference in the detection of complex samples in vitro, and can be accurately quantified in blood samples, which has laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation. It is of great significance to clinical drug quality control, diseases occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis.
