RESEARCH INTERESTS
Professor Zhang has been engaged in research on health emergency management, prevention and control of major public health emergencies, disease prediction and statistical modeling. She is a member of the Expert Group for Health Emergency Training Teachers of the China Medical Rescue Association, a member of the Health Emergency Management Committee of China Medical Rescue Association, a council member of Commerce Statistical Society of China, and an expert of Public Health Emergencies Consultation Committee of Chongqing. She has undertaken more than 20 projects from the World Health Organization, National Health Commission, the Natural Science Foundation of Chongqing Municipality, the Social Science Planning Project, etc. As the main researcher, she participated in the research work of major special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. She won the second prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award. She has published more than 30 papers in SSCI, SCI, and Chinese core journals as the first or corresponding author, and submitted more than 10 reports, suggestions, and guidelines to government departments. She presided over the major project of Chongqing Higher Education Reform Research. She has participated in writing 8 national planning textbooks and monographs.
