RESEARCH INTERESTS

Mainly engaged in teaching and research on health policy, rule of law, and health industry management, and also led or participated in multiple national, provincial, and school level research projects. The research direction focuses on hospital management and risk prevention and control.

The topics I participated in include "Research on the Rule of Law Mechanism of the Organic Integration of Party Committee Governance and Legal Person Autonomy in Public Hospitals in Chongqing", "Clarification of the Legal Attribute ofDoctor-patient Relations", "Research on the Reform of Legal Person Governance Model Integrating Party Committee Leaders to Improve the System and Mechanism of Major Epidemic Prevention and Control in Public Hospitals", and so on.

In terms of social services, on the basis of undertaking teaching and research in the field of medical and health law,  adhere to engaging in part-time lawyer practice work. In terms of non litigation, the main focus is on providing perennial legal advisors and specialized legal services to medical institutions. In terms of litigation, the main focus is on medical disputes, medical and health industry project contract disputes, and hospital labor and personnel disputes. Proficient in combining practical cases of lawyer practice with legal and management theories, and has published multiple academic journals.
