EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
Received PhD. degree from Sichuan University in June 2016. During doctoral study (2014-2015), He was assigned by China Scholarship Council for Overseas Students to joint cultivation in Stanford University Medical Center, where he studied under professor Jill Helms, a well-known stem cell researcher.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
From July 2016 to present, he has served as associate chief physician, researcher and doctoral supervisor of Dental Implant Department of Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University(Shangqingsi Branch). committe of the Professional Committee on Oral Implantology; committe of the Oral Biomedicine, Chinese Stomatological Association; standing committe of the Professional Committee on Oral Implantology, ChongQing Stomatological Association.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Tao Chen's research team is currently committed to the research of oral implantology and the development of cranial-maxillofacial regenerative materials, and specializes in the pathogenesis and treatment of periimplantitis under pathological conditions.
HONOUR & AWARDS
As the young scholar of Chongqing "Bayu Scholar" , Chongqing Medical University "jiebangguashuai"(also refers to the open competition mechanism to select the best candidates project ) major science and technology talent project, the first batch of type B talents. In recent years, he has presided over 8 national and provincial scientific research projects, including 2 projects supported by national Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 China Postdoctoral General Project, 1 Chongqing Science and Technology Commission, 1 Chongqing Postdoctoral Special Project (first class) and 1 Chongqing Education Commission.
PUBLICATIONS
So far, he has published over 20 SCI papers as the first and corresponding author, with the highest impact factor of 32.086 (independent corresponding author).
