RESEARCH INTERESTS
My current research is at the interface between computer science and system biology. My primary research interest lies in developing statistical and data mining methods for understanding biological data, especially large-scale omics data. The aim is to contribute a better understanding of the human genome in health and disease through the integrative analysis of multi-omics data using new data mining methods.
