RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr Yi has been engaged in research in Laboratoty Animals Science,molecular biology and cell biology for many years and familar with the fields of human disease models in Animals.(1)Using the outstanding natural tolerance of CBA/CaJ mice, a mouse model of chronic hepatitis B virus carrying and continuously expressing was established by injecting HBV cccDNA into the tail vein with high pressure.(2)Using the outstanding natural tolerance of CBA/CaJ mice, a mouse model of chronic hepatitis B virus carrying and continuously expressing was established by injecting HBV cccDNA into the tail vein with high pressure.(3)Molecular mechanism of high-dose glucocorticoids regulating the occurrence and development of lung cancer in mice.(4)The Effect and Molecular Mechanism of Pragmin (sgk223) Gene on High Fructose Induced Insulin Resistance in Mice.
